RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

 

In consideration for permission from Mistport, LLC ("Mistport") for the use or attempted use of its private airport, Mistwood, FAA Identifier 24M0, for approaching, landing, parking or departing, and parking privately owned aircraft, or for any other use, I hereby release Mistport, its agents and employees, and agree to hold them harmless from all loss or damage of any nature incurred by me or others while on the airport property or arising out of my use or attempted use of the airport property or approaches thereto.

 

I acknowledge that I am using the airport without compensating Mistport, and that it has allowed me to use the airport at my request and for my convenience. I recognize that the airport may not be maintained in a condition suitable for my use and I knowingly ac­cept all the risks thereof.

 

I agree to fully indemnify Mistport, its agents and employees on account of any loss or claims of any nature whatsoever which they may suffer as a result of my use or attempted use of the air­port.

 

I further agree that the permission for use of the airport is for the period from the_________ day of ________, 200__ through the _________ day of ________, 200__.

 

The permission granted herein is only valid upon actual receipt of this fully executed RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION by
